Bean Options

Our most popular single origin coffee: a natural process Ethiopia.

These beans are naturally processed; coffee cherries are dried in the sun and fermented in the span of 2-3 weeks before they're ready to roast.

We roast this coffee light for a fruit forward profile, and when extracted, a cup will have notes of strawberry with a hint of honey.

Fair Wage Farming
Mother Station

Harvested in the Bombe village in Sidama, Ethiopia, this coffee is farmed by locals and processed at the Qonqana washing station, named appropriately after the nearby river.

This coffee mill is owned by Daye Bensa, who ensures that environmentally friendly depulping and sorting machines are used.

The farmers here lovingly refer to this coffee mill as the "Mother Station", as it was the first of its kind in the area. Our supplier makes sure to bid on this coffee competitvely to ensure that farmers are paid a livable wage.

KEEPIN' it GREEN
Roasted on our ventless, electric Bellwether Roaster

Thanks to our friends at Bellwether Coffee, we're roasting our coffee on a cutting edge, electric and ventless roaster.

By using electricity instead of natural gas to roast, our Bellwether reduces our carbon footprint of coffee roasting by an average of 90%.

With the footprint akin to the size of a refrigerator, we're able to roast in-house at our production center in Vacaville using sustainable practices.

No fumes, no problem

We roast our coffee in small batches with a focus on sustainability.

We believe the future of coffee is green, and we're joining the movement.
